Terms of Service

Welcome to Borregos Transportation LLC. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding transportation agreement between Borregos Transportation LLC (hereafter referred to as "the Company") and the entity or individual engaging our services (hereafter referred to as "the Client"). By requesting a quote, booking a shipment, or utilizing our warehousing facilities, you agree to be bound by the conditions set forth herein.

1. Definitions

• Company: Borregos Transportation LLC, based in Joshua, Texas.
• Client: The party requesting transportation or logistics services.
• Cargo: Goods, commodities, or freight provided by the Client for transport or storage.

3. Quotes, Billing, and Payment Terms

All quotes provided by the Company are based on information supplied by the Client. Any discrepancies in weight, dimensions, or freight class may result in billing adjustments.

• Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Late payments will be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest fee.
• Accessorial charges (detention, layovers, etc.) will be billed based on industry standard rates.

4. Cargo Liability and Insurance

Borregos Transportation LLC maintains standard carrier liability insurance. Coverage is limited to established statutory limits unless the Client requests and pays for additional declared value insurance prior to dispatch.

5. Client Obligations

The Client is responsible for ensuring all cargo is properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for safe transit. The Client warrants that the cargo does not contain hazardous materials unless disclosed and accepted by the Company in compliance with DOT regulations.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and all services provided by Borregos Transportation LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these terms shall be instituted in the courts of Johnson County, Texas.
